OUR TEAMS: KEYSTONE KARMA

Keystone Karma is Northeastern PA's longest running and most successfull girls AAU travel program for grades 7 through 11.  The program began in 2005. Our teams travel to elite tournaments in the Northeast and Midatlantic in order to play the most competitive teams. The focus of the Keystone Karma Coaches is to arm their players with the highest level of game knowledge, instill in them the confidence to make good decisions, and provide them with the training necessary to perfect the skills needed to execute at the most competitive level of the game.

Our Spring program runs from March through July.  Each of our teams attend 9 to 10 tournaments. While we require each player to attend only 2 practices each week, practices are offered Monday through Thursday for nearly 5 full months, offering our players the greatest opportunity for development of any program in the State.  Additional practices and tournaments are offered for those girls who want to continue AAU into the Fall in preparation for their school season.

You will have to be committed to compete with Karma but the payoff to that commitment to our team is unmatched.  Our coaches have developed dozens of college basketball players including D1 players, as well as players who have progressed to be Professional players such as Villanova Women's Assistant Coach Jess Genco and other college coaches such as Lehigh University Women's Assistant Coach Kaitlyn Lewis.  There isn't another AAU coach in Northeastern PA that has developed as much talent.

Are you ready to be the BEST you can be? Are you willing to put in the work?  If you are, then Karma is the place for you.
